First few days after an event like that are rough, just from pure exhaustion and disappointment. Amazing what a workout and trail run with Roo can do, clears the mind and gets everything level again. I’ve learnt not to think about to much when I’m wrecked like that, just get some rest wait until your mind is clear and then get back after it!
